In the very heart of the racecourse, this restaurant showcases French produce and refined cuisine.
Step inside to savour responsible, gourmet dishes made using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Book your table now and choose one of three available sittings. This dining area will be covered.

• Starter : Asian-style beef carpaccio / Sea bass ceviche with fennel, milk frappé with ginger

• Main course : Roast chicken, herb crumble, petits pois, supreme sauce (on-site rotisserie) / Hake fillet in an olive breadcrumb, carrot cream, tarragon sauce
Additional side dish: baby potatoes with smoked herbs (€6,5 /pers)

• Dessert : Yellow fruits, honey biscuit / Chocolate and apricot cream

• Children’s menu : homegrown tomatoes / roast chicken with new potatoes / chocolate brownie. (€29 inc. drink)
